1. I cant figure it out. Why does every dnb video has to have a running or moveing scenario ? No imagination ? NIce sistaz, RESPECT 4 that, but im feed up with no video ideas, i mean come on, its not that hard. Pls dont say like “why dont you make some then” – thats cause im not an director, somebody is payed for that stuff and needs to figure out the music first.. All im saying it could be better.

   Funny thing is, it would be SO simple to run a DOA competition and get the creative input from all the dogs… this would probably result in a pile of good ideas

3. oh mate, this day’s you could make a video with an digital camera, and postprocess it with any pc, an any program(it will be artistic).Im kind of nostalgic, remember the inner city life video ? Our scene has much more to offer than this ways of making fast videos.

15. not bad considering not many d n b videos coming out at all…cant really compare it to videos with 80k budgets, because drum and bass independents just dont have the same money as sony emi etc etc…well done Shy and T-power without guys like you sticking out your neck, where would the scene be??

16. Respect for Shy FX & T-Power. The tune is good. BUT WHAT A STINKING stupid video. Oh my god. Some of the worst crap I’ve ever seen. WHAT was the point of this? -> “Oh… We need to, like, uhh… sell drum&bass to the MTV kids, so we better have like a video with, uhh… chicks, yeah… pretty chicks bouncing around for four minutes.” Come on. Is this video for real? Tongue in cheek, anyone? All in all, I think it’s an embarrassing low point in DNB culture.

18. Well I think that I would buy a tune cos I like the video..I`d buy a tune and like tunes because of what they sound like….to me drum and bass tunes dont need videos, and who cares what they look like. This is a quailty tune full stop.
    I dont think of the video as im listening to it I just hear the music, and i love this tune.

20. Yeah I get what most of you mean. The tune’s pretty good (I’m more into Darkcore D&B myself) but the video is cack! They could have made it loads better. I mean every D&B video I’ve ever seen have been crap. And they dont make many either. Its a shame that videos let down one of best, under-rated music genres in existance. I dissagree with ‘Kenobiben’ though. I think that moving scenarios are probably the most suited for D&B music videos. They just need to be like giant Japano-stylee robots fighting each other whilst travelling at like speed through a landscape of futuristic dystopian sprawl. Not a few random women walking down a street while pretending to sing at a camera. The problem is funding and REAL imagination.

22. Well I think the general concept of the video

    “Feelings > touch > passing the feeling on > what the feeling does to you”

    Is ok but I think it’s executed badly. It’s far too literal and there is no work for the viewer to do which is disappointing. Also that lightning effect was way to Quantum Leap for my liking. I like the track but the video sux.

    Are there any good drum and bass videos other than Square Pusher’s, Come on My Selector? Brown paper bag almost made it but again just didn’t quite work. The rest of the reprazent videos are awful. The LK video was like some generic RnB toss, same with Shake It.
