  1. oh yes……….thank you please…..

i know this is gonna be good…pon the d/l now

  2. yaeh sax me great tune. data – delicate also a gem. nice tracks u got comin mr. j

  3. Jesus… nice mix!

That Sax Me tune has some serious funk going on. Those drums are so bouncy and that little sax riff is the biz.

  4. Nice work as always Aaron,

alot of great tracks here, always a great barometer for fresh forthcoming stuff mate, Nice one … : )

  5. Random Movement – Hotter Measures………..drifting away on this!, beautiful!

  6. @rollo

Wow… nice catch on that “caught up caught up”… I didn’t recognize that.

Point Taken is some serious ear-worm business…

  7. Hobzee & Zyon Base – One Thousand Paper Cranes

nice one! With samples from “Amon Tobin – Easy Muffin”

  8. Seba – Crockett
Saburoko & Brother – In Control

Now that’s mixage. Love that Seba tune. Reminds me a little of Seba’s Good Looking Records days. I can’t say I miss the vocals that are usually on a Seba track.

  9. nice 1 Aaron <o/

    seba owns.

just wondering if you guys know the name of a seba-like track im looking for, sounds really cold with a female sample “under the lights, under the lights..” or something like that ?

  10. @ joe: Valley of the Moomins by Seba maybe?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IcFGUWcrqyA

If that’s the track you are looking for, the the female vocals are actually his sister doing a mic check. She says “Can you here me?” in Swedish. It’s a classic tune that was released on Good Looking. Apologies in advance if that’s not the one you’re looking for.

  11. One thousand paper cranes and Point Taken – Good to see some drumfunk biz coming forward.

Full atmospheric mix this! no filler good good

  12. JD, unfortunately its not valley of the moomins, its from the past couple of years, its a female sample something like “under the lights, under the lights, we get..”.

valley of the moomins is a very cool tune, love that sinister sound that comes in every so often, just gives the track that dark edge that the animation had, and the female sample reminds me of the little gypsie boy snufkin (thats how I remember him anyway). wicked :)

  13. i’m a new kid to d’n’b, but I really feel those mellow bouncy tracks and there is one that really stood out for me. The track at 14min 21sec is a killer for me. Bloody loved it!! Keep these top mixes coming.

  14. not being funny but did folks actually like this???

couple of nice moments with the Brother track, etc, but that’s about it

  15. track 3 is class …different to the usual Random Movement style

track 1 – loving the acid sounds … would sound blinding on a big system. artist under wraps though, anyone got any ideas?!?

track 7 by atom on 26 minutes is the don… one of those tunes that stays in your head all day

oh and the rifling amen tune dropping at 54 mins hits the spot as well :-)

    so yeah I like

  16. this mix represents all the best newest sounds in DnB- Brother and Saburuko = sick, seba – crockett = sick, atom – night flight = sick, data = sick, spectrasoul, you’d expect nothing less than sick and that’s what they’ve given us, every tune is sick. big ups aaron jay and everyone in this mix, give yourselves a pat on the back!

  17. 04. Seba – Crockett

    Woaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa there!!!

    TUNAGE!!!!!! :o)

  18. still checking some tracks from this one month on,

    first tune:

    01. Unknown – Untitled

    brilliant.

  19. ‘One Thousand Paper Cranes’…very nice, but where’ve I heard that riff before? Thinking Amon Tobin ‘Easy Muffin’ off Bricolage. Nice use of a great sample off of a classic album.

  20. first tune is ,Eveson – Naughty, out now on criticals all sounds electric vol 2, great stuff!
